Editorial Policy
Practical AI Workflows publishes evidence-led investigations into AI models, agent runtimes, provider routes, reasoning controls, orchestration, and real workflow failures.
Claim standard
Consequential claims must map to at least one of these evidence classes:
- Current official product or API documentation.
- A dated public source-code snapshot.
- A reproducible local test with sensitive details removed.
- A clearly labeled upstream issue or community report.
The article must distinguish confirmed fact, local observation, and inference. An open issue is not presented as proof that every user hits the same behavior.
Required record
Each public investigation should include:
- a direct answer near the top;
- the product, version, route, and checked date when relevant;
- the exact layer being tested, such as model access, request value, client behavior, or orchestration;
- links to primary sources;
- an executable check, decision table, or reusable checklist;
- a plainly labeled limits section;
- a bottom line that does not overstate the evidence.
Private evidence
Local logs and configurations may be inspected to diagnose a behavior. Public writing must remove credentials, account identifiers, session identifiers, private prompts, internal URLs, and unrelated personal information.
Sanitized excerpts should include only the fields needed to support the claim. A reconstructed payload must be labeled as a reconstruction, not a captured private request.
Freshness
AI products change quickly. Articles use a checked or updated date, pin source snapshots when possible, and prefer current official documentation over old launch previews. Material changes to model names, eligibility, request parameters, or client behavior trigger a correction.
AI assistance
AI may help inspect code, compare sources, draft, restructure, or run quality checks. It does not replace source verification or editorial responsibility. Claims about tests, outcomes, traffic, revenue, and personal use must reflect work that actually occurred.
Commercial independence
Advertising or affiliate relationships do not change the evidence standard or recommendation. Paid relationships must be disclosed. The site does not fabricate traffic, engagement, conversions, or product experience to support monetization.
Corrections
When a claim becomes stale or unsupported, the article should be corrected, narrowed, clearly marked, or removed from the public sitemap. Corrections preserve the distinction between what was true at the recorded date and what changed later.
